Teeling Small Batch is a blended Irish whiskey from the Teeling Distillery (Dublin). It combines grain and malt whiskeys (roughly 3:1 grain to malt), initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for up to 12 months in Central American rum casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non chill-filtered and has no age statement.

 Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the rum cask notes. Also works well in whiskey cocktails that benefit from spice and fruit, such as an Irish Old Fashioned or a Rum-finished whiskey sour. Serve in a tulip or Glencairn glass to appreciate the aroma.
