Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine produced in the Western Cape of South Africa by Bergkelder Ltd (also handled by Two Oceans Wines / Distillers Corporation). It’s made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine emphasizes youth and vibrancy: fermented in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit aromas, with minimal oak influence so that the varietal character shines through.

Serving Suggestions:
- Chill well (around 8-10 °C) to bring out the crisp acidity and refreshment.
- Excellent with seafood (especially shellfish, grilled fish), light poultry dishes, or vegetarian fare (salads, asparagus, green beans).
- It also works nicely as an aperitif or with fresh cheeses like feta or goat cheese.
- Good in hot weather; serving it extra cold or as part of a wine spritzer can be very enjoyable.
