Teremana Blanco is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from the Highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco, Mexico, produced at Destilería Teremana de Agave. Crafted in small batches, its production involves roasting agave in brick ovens, fermenting in open tanks, and double distillation in handmade copper pot stills. Clean, unaged, and bottled at 40% ABV, it offers an expression that emphasizes purity and freshness.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Clear, bright silver; medium body with a clean sheen.
Aroma: Roasted agave at the forefront, accompanied by citrus (lime/lemon), light herbal/herbaceous tones, with touches of vanilla and pepper.
Palate: Smooth and crisp; cooked agave, citrus zest, green herbs, mild vanilla; gentle peppery spice builds.
Finish: Clean and fresh; lingering agave sweetness, vanilla notes, mild warmth; not overly long, but satisfying.
