Rooster Rojo Ahumado Reposado Tequila is a premium spirit made from hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from the Los Altos de Jalisco region. The agave is roasted in an underground oven using mesquite firewood, imparting a distinctive smoky character. After roasting, the agave is fermented and double distilled using Mexican silver, enhancing its smoothness and complexity. The tequila is then aged for at least two months in French oak barrels, resulting in a balanced blend of smoky, woody, and sweet roasted agave flavors.
