Inspired by a fire that ignited the winemaking team's passion, this wine features a robust structure from Cabernet Sauvignon, enriched with flavors of dark fruit, blackcurrant, and spice. Matured for 18 months in new French oak barrels, it presents a soft mouthfeel with silky tannins and subtle notes of blueberry, oak spices, and caramelized sweetness.
