Le Bollicine Prosecco The Vinum is a sparkling wine from the Treviso area in Veneto, Italy, made from 100% Glera grapes. It's produced using the Charmat (Martinotti) method, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and secondary ferment in autoclaves, giving it lively, fine bubbles. The vineyards are on mid-to-high hillsides, with good sun exposure, and grapes are hand-harvested. The style is Extra-Dry, offering a balance that leans slightly toward sweetness while retaining freshness.
