Centanni Rosso Umbria is an Italian red wine produced by Lamborghini Wine in the Umbria region. First released with the 2015 vintage to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founder, Ferruccio Lamborghini. The wine is a blend of traditional Umbrian grape varieties, including Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. Vinification involves maceration on the skins for 12-14 days to extract colour and flavour. It is bottled at around 13% ABV (13%-13.5%).
