Fragolino Rosso Party by Bottega is a flavored wine-based drink (bevanda aromatizzata a base di vino) from Italy. It is crafted by blending Italian red grape varieties, which undergo first fermentation in steel. Then a second fermentation is done “in autoclave” (Martinotti method), turning it sparkling; natural strawberry juice and strawberry flavors are added. Moderately sweet and low alcohol, it’s intended to be a festive, easy-drinking beverage.
