Fragolino Rosso by Bottega is a flavored wine-based sparkling red from Italy, known for its unmistakable wild strawberry aroma. It’s produced by vinifying grapes (must and skins in contact), followed by a short secondary fermentation in autoclave with added natural strawberry aromas. Cold stabilization and filtration ensure its clarity and brightness.
