Tommasi Le Rosse Pinot Grigio is a white wine produced by Tommasi Viticoltori in the Veneto region (DOC delle Venezie), Italy. It comes from the Le Rosse sub-parcel of the Prunea estate in Valpolicella Classico, where vineyards are planted densely and harvested at night to preserve freshness. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats over about 10 days and then matured for ~4 months in steel tanks. It is 100% Pinot Grigio and represents a style that falls between richer northern Italian examples and leaner Veneto expressions.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve chilled (8-10 °C) in a white wine glass. Excellent as an aperitif. Pairs well with light seafood (grilled fish, shellfish), fresh salads, poultry, or simple first courses. Also lovely with soft cheeses, or mild creamy dishes where its crispness can cut through richness.
